At NHC Pharmacy we believe it is very important to be available to the needs of the customer and details on our returns policy are below.
You have the right under the Consumer Act to cancel orders for goods and services. This right does not apply to:
- Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalized;
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that become mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.
To exercise your cancellation right, you should follow the instructions in ‘How to Return Items’ below.
Please take reasonable care of the goods, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. This includes the breaking of any hygiene seals.
Whilst we will refund any standard postage charges that you paid to receive your goods, you will be responsible for any return postage or courier charges.
NOTIFICATION OF ERRORS
You should check the content of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, you should contact us immediately.

Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfill an order that we are legally bound to fulfill will be limited to the price paid by you for that order.
